Support Without Judgement

We meet people where they are on the street,
in hostels, in communities, and through services across Dublin, the Midwest and beyond.

Who we are

Ana Liffey has been supporting people affected by drug use, homelessness and social exclusion since 1982. We were Ireland’s first harm reduction organisation, founded on the belief that everyone deserves dignity, safety and support — without judgement.

We work with people other services often struggle to reach. Through outreach, harm reduction, healthcare, advocacy and person-centred support, we meet people where they are and help them take the next step forward — at their own pace.

Real Impact. Real People.
