  • No. Ana Liffey is a low-threshold harm-reduction service. You do not need to be drug-free or planning to stop using to access support.

  • No. Ana Liffey is known for being non-judgemental, respectful and supportive. People are treated with dignity no matter where they are in their journey.

  • Usually no. Most services are drop-in, outreach-based or low-barrier. A fixed address is not required.

  • Yes. Many service users are in emergency accommodation or sleeping rough. Outreach teams go to where people are.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is taken seriously, with exceptions only for safety or legal reasons.
